Finessed services started out as a dream to be a small-town lounge. As the years progressed, so did our plans. My husband and I founded Finessed Services in the year of 2020. We made it more professional after the pandemic and since self-employed workers were allowed to start-up their own businesses. Being tremendously impacted by Covid-19 as the world was all devastated, we survived off of the very little we were given and with each other. ​

That same year, we lost our first-born son to complications in my pregnancy. We were devastated and the only way for me to grieve was to plan our wedding and invite all of our friends and family here to Oregon from Minnesota and celebrate our love for one another. This brought our families and friends closer than ever to our hearts and helped get us through the worst experience of our lives together.

So, we wed and as lovely as our honeymoon was, we conceived a baby boy that is now 5 months of the making of this website and growing every day. So, we decided to not stop at the wedding, we began making the changes and choices every parent makes for their children and created Finessed Services.

We spend most of our time together in our own yard, our friends' yards and neighbors. Out of pure enjoyment of mowing grass and making beautiful landscapes. My husband is skilled in just about every aspect of maintenance. If you ask him about something, he knows about it and can do it!

So, we do not want to stop at lawn care, we want to expand to a handyperson business and eventually transform the face of self-employed workers of tomorrow. Engage in community upbringing and help the youth of today learn the importance of caring for the earth and everything beauty she has to offer. Finding that part in themselves that can change the way the world looks at their lawn.
